Terms of service.

Welcome to Infinity Training Systems LLC("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our online coaching services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Service Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Services Provided

Description: We offer in-person and online coaching services including but not limited to personal training and nutrition coaching. Availability: Our Services are available through provided coaching links + app.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services unless signed/agreed by parent/guardian. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing: Fees for our Services are outlined on our website and may vary based on the type and duration of the coaching. Payment: Payments are processed through Invoice, Squarespace Payments and/or Square. You agree to pay all fees promptly. Payments recur on the date of purchase on a monthly basis for our monthly coaching programs. Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy outlined on our website. We may offer refunds in the case of extenuating circumstances.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your participation in our Services with 30-day notice before next payment. 48-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule weekly in-person or virtual training sessions. Weekly in-person or virtual training sessions will NOT carry over into the next month. All sessions must be completed within the same month of purchase. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

5. User Conduct

Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Intellectual Property: You may not use any content from our Services without our prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Any information shared during coaching sessions is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of our coaching. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages/injuries arising from your use of our Services.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Notification: We may notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Massachusetts.

11. Entire Agreement

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Service Agreement.
